Okay...those of you who know me well, no I am NOT a longhorn. However, my one & only nephew whom I completely adore is a fan! So...for our family birthday party for him I made him a longhorn cake. Here are just a couple of pictures. I'd do anything for that boy!

This makes me so happy! When I see any TX team logos I think only of Texas...not sports teams. Makes me soooo happy. I miss Texas and all you Texans!!

Actually it wasn't a special pan. My dad made up a pattern on his computer for me so I just cut that up & laid on my large cake I baked and cut out the pieces & fit them together!
What a nice aunt you are!! The cake looks great even though I am not a longhorn fan ;) I have been known to buy my brother in law UT shirts or hats and wrap them in Michigan paper. The things we will do for our family :)
