Here's to you Mr Appraisal Man!

I thought today was destined to be a horrible day (can't you tell I'm an optimist!)...but to my surprise, it's been great. I've got a car that has come to the end of it's lease and Nissan requires a 3rd pary to come appraise the car. And, I'm thinking, a 3rd party...I mean come on, they don't really think, that I think this so called "third party" is really impartial to Nissan. I mean Nissan's paying their bill, get real! These were all thoughts I've had since I made the appointment and today was the day of judgement. So I get the call, he's waiting for me downstairs...I take a deep breath and give myself a mental pep talk, ready to be Independent Emily who can handle any man whose going to try to rip me off. Anyway, I was completely wrong. All this guy needed was a sweet smile & few compliments & I walked away with a bill of $0, yes, I said $0! So I'm feeling pretty happy & blessed! And here's to you mister appraisal man!
