I always love my parent's home at Christmas. Here are 2 of my favorite things...the tree & the mantel! The pics aren't great ones b/c I didn't do good lighting, but you get the idea!

I love a decorated house for the holidays and I thought your Mom and Dad's looked wonderful.
The mantel was my favorite part too!
Beautiful. I love mantels...surprisingly we do not have one here in the coldest place on earth. Their decor is beautiful - Merry Christmas!
